I know Noe reacted a bit.. harsh... but still... if he would not have not reacted like this. Alot of other people would be angry.

I dont know if you have noticed, but alot of people have grown impatient of people who have no clue of what to do. Running around clueless after weeks and weeks of tries.... its unacceptable. It shows you arent dedicated to raiding (otherwise you would read into this stuff). Know that you have to spend this time to know tactics... everyone else does... officers spend ALOT of time on tactics (explaining it to people).... Next to they spend ALOT of time to recruit people, gear people up for the encounters.... its requires ALOT of patience.

It isnt the first time you make this mistake (I think), otherwise Noe would reacted otherwise. But I do agree you could be offended (I never heard this many 'fuck' since Demon quited raiding :D). I felt sorry for you at the time. I still do... it isnt pleasant to be spoken to this way.

Still.. the descision to leave the guild was all on your own (maybe a bit to soon imho). We didnt hate you... Noe doesnt hate you. He was just a bit done with not knowing the tactics etc... you could do /w Noemage Im VERY sorry about not knowing tactics, I will learn them so I wont make mistakes on the next raid. Or something like that. Noe would then respond with his apologies that he was maybe a bit harsh and we could all be friend. :)

Instead you feel sorry for yourself and decide to do /gquit because its the easy way out. Reminds me of: 'If you cannot stand the heat, get out of the kitchen'. Well... I guess you got out of the kitchen... too bad... you were really an awesome healer (good skills, if you only would know the tactics :D).

I hope you join some other awesome guild. :)

To bad you chose out the easy way Kayz. If you cant take any critisism in a raid then raiding is not something for you, if you feel offensive about my language i can understand that. Maybe you or anyone else can imagine how offensive I feel after weeks of countless wiping at a certain boss and still people have no fucking clue what to do. You wipe 24 people cause you got no fucking clue what to do, sorry but that makes me very pissed.

Not my case at all, but a Multiplayergame is fun as long as EVERYONE your playing with, has the same goals and puts in a nearly equal ammount of effort.

Not learing tactics raid after raid and making your guild wipe because you couldnt be arsed todo your homework, makes you the one that is respectless to 24 other people who count on you, not the other way around.

If you get bitchslapped then by someone about it , accept it, deal with it and move on...if you cant, your not suited for mmo's.

put yourselves istead of me, if somebody curse you or any of your friends that much, can you just sit down and do nothing

Can't do the right thing on right time once should not cause that kind of treatment

Its part of the game.. when you make a mistake you often get people very stressed and shouting at you.. I remeber years back wiping the raid in MC at gedon .. he was going down for sure and I fucked up and pulled more mobs.. I had all 39 people screaming at me.

You need to take it on the chin and move on.. no point crying because your unhappy at the reaction your own mistake has created, Learn and move on.

Hi Kays, i feel disappointed that u left the guild, but in my opinion some ppl just dont want to play on the level as other ppl and that is ok with me, awakenings suits some ppl, and doesnt suit others. I was also maybe harsh to u when i pointed out that u had 7 fire debuffs on gormok the impaler totgc25, but i only did that to help u improve. Best of luck m8 and c ya around.

i wasn't there and i don't know what happened (and i don't care tbh) but basically i guess you screwed a raid. Well i did it sometimes, nothing wrong we are human beings and we can fai,l is our nature, moreover if you didn't do your homework.

I've been in a couple of guilds MORE HARDCORE than ours and i can witness you that when you fail over there, even if is the 1st time do, you're cursed by ALL the other raid members for the whole night.

So live with it, is normal, perhaps the way sometimes ppl is told about a mistake is not the most polite but you shouldn't leave imo, players forget quite fast if you prove your skill/brain capability in a short time.

If i were you i would stay in guild and pwn all the other healers in guild to prove to my officers i am not a fucking slacker and that i can do anything good for the guild, but prolly we are 2 kind of persons quite different in the way we approach issues. I use to face it and "eat it", not runaway.

Anyway this time you left so i wish you good luck in everything you're gonna do next.
