ok i know that ppl are QQing about that the proc doesn't give strenght because for most classes it will increase by 15% for talent but imo i like the ring i have atm with Agi and Ap more usefull because of the high crit rate i need for the proc to instant cast Exo but i just need to test it but Myca get used to that ppl are always bitching about things that Blizz want to fix
