On our regual Friday 10 man raid night we formed a 25 raid and w00ped Putricide his ass. Countless evenings full of wipes it took us but in the end the satisfaction was great.

25's are for sunday, tuesday and wednesday! Not friday......

Well... Im just upset I missed the first kill... I mean... I wiped alot on this guy as well... and was hoping to kill him sunday. Then the invites started too early on friday and I miss out on 10 man (I thought).
And the next morning I read that putri is down. Which I wanted to down sunday. Where my guildspirit is? Im happy he is down. Im very sad I was not there because of weird arrangements.
We lost a lot of 25 raiding time this week. Obviously as a guild we will seize with both hands any opportunity to squeeze more progress in. I don't care if it's thursday morning 10:00, if there are 25 eager to progress raiders online we will go. We would be a sucky pve guild if we didn't.
There will always be members who miss first kills - we have more then 25 raiders. Does that matter ? You'll have to wait a week to add that particular kill to your personal list, but then again everyone as a guild we will have more time to try and get a new first kill.
Awesome job guys, congratz! Too bad I wasn't there to witness the 1st kill, I'm still very happy though! Lets get him again on Wednesday.

but we also keep in mind that if we are farming bosses we reach the lich king faster before the reset. I know you wanted to join and yes it was quite odd but now we can focus on other bosses

1. as long as there are millions and millions of ppl playing this game there will always be (new content and thus) first kills.
2. Back in the old days the first kill didn't mean we had a boss on farm. 2nd kill often used to be harder since expectations shifted (though i have no idea how it is in WotLK raiding)

And I know we dont have putri on farm yet. But a second kill doesnt give the yells and the rush as a first kill. Its just a second kill....
