After a period of gear farming we managed to kill Malygos.

Good job all! Up to Sart3D for all content cleared.

10 mans are pugged in general, if we organize 10 men guild raids its for achievements.

"Organize for us" ? ... I cant really see how you just sit and wait till WE organize it... take some initiative.

Well i was up for raiding, i was one of the first few to be 80 & geared ready for 10's... I had organised work so i could raid wed & sun.. However i wasn't in the first choice pick, & seem to have been left out since, now my gear isn't good enough for 25 mans... so i'm sidelined.

I'm no raid leader, but i can follow Instructions... hoped maybe some of my more raid savvy guildies would be putting there alts through 10 man, & I could join into that... but guess not.

This guild once again is simply Ignoring casuals, perhaps we should of put more people through the 10 mans before doing 25... but it seems that you just forget about those that have been waiting & just inv more new allready epiced blood...

Sorry if this is a bit of a rant, but this guild was supposed to be "Casual" with a raid core... it seems it's now "RAID" with a large group of Ignored members...

The fact that my alts are also no longer in guild means i miss out on G Chat. Nobody uses Awake or LTS channels, so i'm out of the loop 90% of the time.

& P.S. I hate pugs.... thats why I joined a guild...

Bring back the days of The Mithral Dawn & Early Awakenings... when you needed help guildies fell over to give you a hand...

Since day one this guild has been made for raiding and nothing else, since day one we said it will never be like old Awakenings.

I'll elaborate later, going out in 5 minutes, but you see that's where you are mistaken, Bull.

The aim of this guild was to raid on a high level, but on a casual schedule. 10 hours a week is a very casual schedule really, most guilds have 4 raiddays scheduled, often lasting 19:00-23:00 or 20:00-0:00.

We made this aim very clear in the posts at the start of the guild, where we also introduced ourselves as the officer team. We also have the policy that friends and old members are welcome, but you have to be carefull not to mix that up with the plans that we had for this guild.

As for why you aren't part of our current raidteam, tbh from what I remember although you were one of the first to hit 80, you weren't around that much at the first weeks of scheduled raiddays. At least I don't think you've ever whispered me for an invite that I remember. We certainly didnt have a "let's not invite Bullquar" thing going, if that's what you're suspecting.

no ofc not, But I was there for the first few weeks, but as there were more people than places I missed out, and once you fall behind in gear you are unable to catch up, would just be nice to get some raid action now & again... but no matter... I'll have to try & sort something with the other guildies outside of officer lvl... Yes I was a little mistaken.. however the "family feel" just hasn't been there for me since wotlk...

but hey, shit happens...

not looking for a free epic ride, just hoped that there'd be some alt runs etc.. that I could join with my main, but as I say no worries, i'll try & sort something out...
