With a full stack on Freya her selfheal in 10 man is about 6k + (150 x 4%) = 42k/second. Allthough I think they did kill the first wave of the small adds, so it's probably more like 36k/second. Add to that Mortal Strike debuff and her selfhealing becomes managable :D

Some of you probably remember the video of Sartharion 10-Man killed with 3 Drakes in 76 Seconds (http://www.mmo-champion.com/index.php?topic=47540.0). Something Diabolical (http://www.somethingdiabolical.org/) (US-Fizzcrank) decided to try the same strategy on Freya (http://www.mmo-champion.com/index.php?topic=64626.0) and succesfully killed her just by zerging the encounter with 150 stacks of Attuned to Nature.
